The neurotic laughter is a stage thing to make us know this is the villain. On top of that how odd it is you may not notice but people like this they do laugh like that. They're trying to blow everything off negative that they say as a joke oh why are you so upset with me It was just a joke I was laughing Why weren't you. Just after they went ahead and said horrific things that would hurt anyone.

Many of these stories originate in Japan and Korea. Possibly the laugh at the end of Jimmy’s sentences is a habit of young oriental people.

And who does that anyway ? If I knew people giggling like maniacs at the end of each sentence I will run away. There is a female VA who does that too, I nicknamed her ”the giggling idiot”, and she also have a very high pitch and unpleasant voice. She most of the time plays the villain.

Aawwŵ don't you know I'm pregnant, AND SO WHAT, ITS A CONDITION NOT AN ILLNESS, Flipping heck when I was expecting my son Ricky, i was still working on a farm picking up potatoes ,and yes, when I got home, I was more than tired. i was totally done in, my mum used to run me a bath. i relaxed in that then went home to cook my husband's dinner 9 times out of 10 I was asleep in my chair when he got home 😅😅😅but I enjoyed my job.
