When I saw the injured pigeon, my heart broke! But I'm so glad you rescued them! I hope they're healed and out flying again. I love that you're trying to exercise even though you really don't need to lose weight! Your figure is perfect as it is, but exercise is still important because it keeps you healthy. OMG the same happen to me while I was on my way to work. I found an injured bird (not a pigeon) and because I had to rush to work I put it in a box I found on the street and then I asked a local parking garage if they could hold the bird until I was done with my cases. They happily agreed. While working I called the ASPCA (I'm in NYC) and they sent someone to collect the bird. IT is so good to know that they can just come get the animal because I was afraid it would die. Also thanks for sharing these delicious meals!

1.买个带计数器的跳绳，这样比较有数 2.买个跳绳垫子保护膝盖 3. 从那种不用跑跳的开始小红书上挺多的，室内也可以，这样适合入门新手 4.瑜伽普拉提这些适合久坐的人拉伸 对于运动前小白来说先从培养习惯开始，不然没几天就劝退了

Agree with you about buying groceries, my Frig is always full (I use everything) and I'm always in the grocery store, my Husband goes like what are your buying the frig is FULL! lol I think since Covid I feel the need to have a full Frig, it's weird hahahaha Thank you for taking the Pigeon to the Vet I would of too!
