OMG, I love you tried some Mexican food, since I been watching you from the first video, here are some recomendations on better tacos next time. You really should heat those tortillas, they taste completely different, also the textured is different, we never eat cold tortillas. For the guacamole is better to blend the limes and the chilies, and then put it on the avocado and add the other ingredients. We usually don't put a lot of spices in our food, so just cook the chicken (previously cut in fajitas) with the other stuff, add garlic and salt, sometimes pepper, what we do to make the food more spicy is to make salsa, (yes, apart from the guacamole, is just not the same) to give that spicy flavor. Those packaged tortillas are NOT raw. They have been baked for several minutes before they bag them. They do taste much better heated on the cast iron, but to say they are raw is incorrect.

The tortillas would have been super delicious if you heat them on an open flame on the stove. Tastier when they are a tiny bit burnt. If you are scared of the fire and flipping them with your fingers, you can use tongs. Never ate a raw cold tortilla like that in my life....
