And what’s with grown children with their own careers living with their Parents, it’s so weird, as soon as my 2 sons left for University they lived away from home from then on. I certainly wouldn’t allow them to move in with me after they got into relationships and married.... these parents need to let their children fly free, be independent, make their own mistakes and learn from them, I told my sons in choosing their wives to be wise and choose well they were the ones that would have to lay their head on the same pillow with them every night for the rest of their lives, and whoever they chose their father and me would respect their chose. It's a parent's responsibility when they bring a child in to this world to help them grow in to decent and happy human beings, without expecting anything in return. But it seems from what I've seen from these Chinese and Korean dramas that these parents treat their kids as objects and pawns in business. So disgusting. He made it clear to her when she first showed up & she made the assumption that Dad Ling was giving money to Dad Li & Dad Li was mishandling the money...stupid assumption but Ling Xiao told her right off he didn't do it for the money and that he would take care of Dad Li in his old age, just as he was taken care of. You don't have to like Jianjian, don't give a sh*t if you hate her. What matters is what your son feels! It was stupid to invite his colleague with that intention. About a year ago, I started watching it again, and I stopped at episode 10, because that's where everything starts going seriously pear shaped, and her friend (his sister) is almost as bad as her mom is. AND WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH DID SHE GO BACK TO THE TERRIBLE BOYFRIEND WHO KIDNAPPED HER WHEN HE LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!
