I think he thought that they wouldn't really push the pregnant woman from the roof. I got the impression that the 2nd female lead was in on the whole thing and that is why the wife got pushed off the building. He did not know the baby he caught at the hospital was his, but his instinct was to save the child. He miscalculated when his wife got pushed off the roof you could see the anguish on his face. He isn't cruel he is just stupid. Now I will watch the rest of the video to see if I am wrong.

I still don't think he wanted to kill them. He didn't think they were his but the fact that he saved the baby at the hospital tells me that he is not a baby killer. He was trying to save both women, but his strategy failed. He was obviously distraught when she fell. She literally spent that marriage degrading herself and begging this unworthy man to love her. The one time he slept with her was when he was drunk! He even refused to believe that the unborn child (which turned out to be triplets) was his until he saw solid evidence! He chose his "love" over his wife. I only wish that she never came back and that he was mentally traumatized for life! A lifetime of regret is the ONLY thing he deserves!

Attractive cast and good acting. The child actors were adorable and performed well.
