He may have saved the puppy from the cold which i am thankful for,, but it should have gone to the vets for a full exam, and how old was the puppy 3 months or less? so would need deworming and vaccinations too, and he didnt really pet or interact with the pupp,y did any one else notice that?

Also, buy a doggie bed and blanket to sleep and cuddle in. Keep his bed in the same room as you, so he doesn't feel alone. Puppies not only need food and water, they need plenty of TLC too.❤

He offered BASIC Necessities. Shelter , a bath , food , and a warmer environment . Even patient enough to let the dog stay at his home till he found the puppy somewhere to be cared for.
