The very sad part though is that the dramas with the greatest toxicity - the ones who knowingly and intentionally torture and abuse their wives- always get forgiven in the end, usually with barely an “I’m sorry” and never with any real remorse or atonement. This guy was more oblivious and negligent but did not intentionally harm his wife and he gets punished. Let’s see some more stories where the toxic abusers get their appropriate punishment instead of unearned and undeserved forgiveness.
