Most C dramas are like that. A maniac man abusing woman and a women with no IQ taking abuse and asking him, "Do you me" pathetic!!🙄🙄. Most of the times, not only abusing her but her family, friends anyone showing any kindness to her. At the end of the story, the man will save her from a knife attack and that's the compensation for all the inhumane abuse. Then she will forgive him, he will kneel down, propose her and they will get married again like a sweet couple in love. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Who does that in real life especially after losing your family members. I hope it only exist in their dramas.

Really amazing these movies. No wonder humanity is somehow at the end of its rope. A woman is discredited by another woman and tortured in unimaginable ways because she wants the husband. The husband, a completely insane psychopath, tortures, humiliates, rapes, beats, tortures his innocent wife in the most unimaginable way based on false accusations. If an offense is committed by someone else, they are somehow always forgiven or punished with a laughing stock. In the end, everything comes out and there is a happy ending because he asks for forgiveness and supposedly always loves her, and only her. What a sick world. The woman should see to it that she wins land and sends this crazy psychopath into the desert for good. The main protagonist also seems to be stupid, without wit and charm, without any cleverness or cunning. Clearly victim and perpetrator and the perpetrator presents himself afterwards as a deceived victim. Really madness. Simply sick, discriminatory, despicable and deranged. What an indoctrination. The filmmakers should really raise the level and not always shoot the same story. In human terms, this is the bottom drawer. Then the woman should rather kill herself and come back as a new person who doesn't let that happen to her with more wit and wisdom and much less drama and emerge as the winner in the end and all the bad guys get their just punishment in a light way and the happy ending is simply a surprise and not so predictable.

This is the 2nd Chinese drama that makes me hate the male lead. What he did in the end doesn't equate to how much the female lead suffer. She's definitely on the weaker side, physically, emotionally... hell mentally too. The way she almost never fights backs and let ppl walk all over her, it's not surprising that she forgave him and took him back so easily. Depending on the person and their state of mind, it's not uncommon for victims of domestic violence to go back to their abuser(esp if it's their first relationship or first time being "in love")... I just don't like how the writers be normalizing/romanticizing such a serious issue that many ppl struggle to get out of everyday. Some of them do, while most lose their lives in the process and that's something that shouldn't be taken lightly.
