Ok, ok, I got it! This is what SHOULD have happened- FL doesn’t stop the ML from marrying the psycho (best payback right there!) and crazy pants not only makes his life miserable, she eventually has a complete meltdown in public, humiliating both of them, and she is institutionalized. Of course, he has to stay married because she saved him and he “owes” her. Meanwhile, the very next time he grabs the FL by the arm she nails HIM in the nuts. He ends up a lonely old man that kids are afraid of on Halloween and nobody visits on Christmas, and he sees the life the FL is living and regrets. Her uncle is sent on a little excursion to the mountains and is never heard from again. The FL realizes as a quadruple threat (eldest daughter of a super rich family, ceo of a HUGE corporation, miracle doctor/surgeon, elite hacker and general badass) that she is ridiculously awesome, and she deserves the best. And that the little didi by her side is actually a very attractive man, who loves and supports her, and makes her feel good about herself. So they get married in a beautiful, lavish wedding, impressing everyone. By their powers combined they have an amazing life and don’t give the stupid, abusive ML another second of their lives. THE END

Handsome Ml and beautiful Fl with great chemistry. Well-written with good storylines. It was shameful that the actions of the mistress damaged so many lives for years. I liked that the producer showed the grief the Ml went through after the loss of his child and the nursery he had prepared unbeknown to the Fl. What a hilarious scene when the officiator asked if there were any objections to the marriage of the Ml and Fl and the three love rivals stood up and said objection, and the Ml responded invalid objection! Delightful to watch.

It’s sad how so many people seem to be letting the male lead off the hook for his actions and just blaming the mistress. As if it’s all her fault and he was not responsible for his own actions. He was the one who chose to treat his wife like dirt under his feet, to reject all of her love and care, and to literally tell her that she is a nobody in his eyes because she (at the time) did not have a family or wealth. Decent people do not act like he did-regardless of the ridiculous mistake that it was someone else who saved his life. How are we supposed to believe he ever loved her when all we see is interesting her, calling her worthless, and then forgiving her while she is pregnant with his child! seeing his “grief” at the loss of the baby-when we know he planned to divorce her and leave the baby with her, is kind of ridiculous. Are we supposed to believe he was excited to have this baby? He never once told the FL if he was. He also never bothered to communicate things in person-except when he basically told her he didn’t love her, looked down upon her, and planned to divorce her in 3 years *on their wedding day*! This scumbag spent three years sleeping with a woman he didn’t love and planned to divorce-apparently not bothering to take precautions to avoid pregnancy.

To me the Taiwanese version - which is the great granddaddy of them all - is the best version. If you can get a good subbed copy you should watch it, it will make you cry, make you want to fight somebody and slap the ML all across the TV screen.

I wish I knew the proper name to this Drama. I loved it. ❤😊. The plot was full of twists and turns, there were no confusing sib-stories of a 2nd FL and 2nd ML. Ever person featured had a role to play in telling the story about the FL. She is a strong 💪 capable woman. But she is not a Mary Sue. There is the right amount of strength and independence, sprinkled with just the right dose of the ML rushing in to the rescue. Sometimes he would rush in and then marvel at her skills. I loved watching those parts. The casting was perfect 👌. The chemistry between the ML and FL was superb. The character development by the scriptwriters was excellent, as watching each of the leads grow and develop was like peeling an onion. Layer by layer, sometimes it was painful to watch. The actors themselves, super talented. I wish I knew their names to see more of their work. I loved the ending, it made me laugh 😂. There were a few hiccups with the subtitles and volume but I was so glued was able to ignore them. Thank you so much to the team that worked hard on the subs. So if you are 🤔. I say, go for it. You will be hooked till the end

Can someone who understands mandarin give a summary of this story? Am confused: it starts with the male lead divorcing his pregnant wife (who he married 3 years ago despite not loving her - and he literally tells her that he doesn’t love her and that she is a nobody on their wedding day!). From the start of their marriage he made it clear that he didn’t love her, he looked down on her for having no known family, that he was marrying her for 3 years just because his grandfather wanted him to. And yet, despite not loving her and planning to marry her - he continues to sleep with her and get her pregnant (guess he can’t be bothered to use protecting when he plans to divorce a woman). He draws up a divorce agreement but before he can give it to his wife; she get into a terrible car accident and loses her pregnancy. While evil mistress claims that she was injured saving the female lead from this car accident (she’s lying - for THREE YEARS?!). FL lead suddenly gets her memory back and realizes that she had amnesia from being attacked and injured and that she is a famous, wealthy, and amazing doctor and boss of a very important family (convenient isn’t it-I guess we can’t expect people to have value in society unless they are wealthy and from wealthy families?). Female lead, remembering who she is, grows a spine and divorces her husband and leaves for 3 years. And when she comes back, it is as a big BOSS. We later find out that the male lead is the one to sign the paperwork when she was injured to save her life and not the fetus. She of course blames him-but of course he never bothered to ever tell her he cared about her. At all. We later find out that the male lead apparently prepared a nursery for the baby which he has kept h to same (apparently he never bothered to mention to the female lead that he wanted the child or cared at all). But this male lead is arrogant and controlling and he has the audacity to ask her why she married him and when she says it’s because she loved him; he remembers in flashback all of the times she showed her love by taking care of him (that he rejected over and over). She tells him the truth-that he never loved her. And he asks her why she lied about her identity-as if he would have loved her back if he knew she was someone from a wealthy family. 🤮🤮 talk about shallow. Are we supposed to believe thus guy EVER has feelings for her-during the marriage or now? All we know is that from the moment they married he rejected her love; belittled her for being a nobody; not worthy of his love, that he planned to divorce her from the start and that he prepared divorce papers even while she was pregnant with his child! Do I understand this correctly? He seems self centered, shallow, and materialistic. He seems to think that she only has worth because now she’s from a wealthy/important family.

1. FL is strong and can defend herself. But when comes to ML, she's weak. 2. ML claims to hate her at the beginning of there marriage and yet, she ends up being prego. 3. ML has a mistress. He gives her money and everything for her, but wants his wife back after divorced. 4. Stupid FL takes back ML. No self respect here. She should just let go or make the ML sufferers a lot before takes him back. 5. He just had a head surgery and his head is full of hair. They should shave his head. All the injuries and heart attacks, they recover pretty quickly. 😂😂 wish that is in real life.😅 6. The drama is dumb. Nothing makes sense. The villians get off easy.

I am not into the medical field, but every time I see an actor forcefully pull an IV out of their arms, I wonder why nothing happens; can that be real?. Years ago, I turned too fast into a hospital bed and my IV suddenly came out. Not only it hurt but blood gushed out of the vein and splattered me in the face and all over the sheets and bed. But in the dramas, they are never hurt and just walk away!

I liked it!!! the ML looked like a different person when he smiled and dressed like a rock star. The FL was a badass nut kicking, face slapping and all around regulator lol. Love seeing different outfits, some dramas repeat regularly through out the drama......on to the next.
