This tall and handsome Ml and beautiful Fl made a gorgeous couple and had great chemistry. I have seen the great acting of this child actor, and he reminds me of a young Leo Wu. After initially begrudgingly accepting the Fl as his son's stepmother, I loved how the Ml and the Fl gradually grew to love each other. I was worried for a minute thinking the Fl would go back into her world, but to my surprise she was left gratefully happy with the Ml and his son. No excessive abuse or betrayal, but as always an obsessed female pursuing the Ml.

This is a very good, fast paced, lighthearted and funny “In-Novel / Transmigration”-story with good actors and a storyline filled with the usual tropes, but quite entertaining. I did think it kind of lost the In-Novel part a bit (not utilized enough IMO) and it felt like it was missing some scenes (such as arcs going nowhere). Nevertheless, I loved this strong/shrewd/caring FL and suspicious/calm/protective ML - and the clever/cunning/cute son. This is an enjoyable watch. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! FL is reading a novel while traveling on a bus when the bus crashes and she dies. But instead of dying, FL transmigrates. When she wakes up, she realizes that she has transmigrated into the novel and is now in the body of the story’s heroine who gave up her beloved acting job to be a stepmother for her rich husband’s son - all without him appreciating it. In fact he thinks of her as the wife his son chose to be his stepmother and not the wife he wanted to marry. Knowing the plotline, she decides to change the fate of her character, starting by not committing suicide and then working on securing her position in the family. And what better way is there than to win over this child who has never experienced motherly love - and kick out the in-house living childhood sweetheart who thinks she is more suitable to be the wife? Well, this has a happy ending.

I'm confused. I really like this drama and the actors but it seems unfinished so does she wake up ever? Is this novel an alternate reality? And what about the hints of in-law and bio mom troubles? Too bad. I really want a more conclusive end, maybe a longer movie. It's good ending as long as you don't mind the feeling that there should be more. A sequel, maybe? 🤔
