Gao hui as the chief designer, the bug stops with her. And chairwoman Lin is right to call on her to explain as she should know what's going on with the production so it's her responsibility to check the end products before they are sent off .... yuyi should stop covering up for her ...whether you're the one that fast track the production or not. And she called you stupid and dumb even after what you did was for her ... what sort of appreciation was that and let you alone take the fall (yeah,yeah you ou offered to take the fall, she didn't even try to support your action taken...)

Gao hui was a not good designer...she's didn't know the real work of a good designer. A real and good designer not only draw but made sure that the end product was the same as the draft starting from weight, type, colour of the gemstone, and the material (gold, silver, platinum or stainless steel, etc) used and all other little details... it's not just coming out with a draft and then leaving the rest to the factory technicians to deal with..gao hui didn't have all that knowledge apart from drawing..that's why yu yi would have to pick up the pieces and he wasn't trained to do that or have an eye for jewelry production. He's a finance man not like Yu Zhi who had some knowledge of gemstones and materials used. Yu Zhi had critized gao hui once earlier when she first joined the inlay group (when she used the lesser designers to praise her designs to show off to Yu Zhi)... But Yu Zhi picked up the flaws of the design straight away.. At the end both yu yi and gao hui had to take responsibility of the defective products sold and returned by the buyers both local and overseas....instead of trying to get out it...causing huge losses to the company..both of them can't point their fingers at anyone else now....Yu Zhi is now in plain gold and Gao Jie in custom order group...the usual two scapegoats....both of them got rid of the two most knowledgeable persons in the inlay department as well as the industry..You had inlay all to yourselves.....gains and losses are all yours to bear as well .....

Oh my gush gaohui never put yourself above someone for that is against the law of God. The result will always be a failurein your part. And this Yuyi is taking a false witness on you taking up a responsibility which he did not do because of love to you gaohui but you do not value his love to you.

It's not only love for gao hui yu yi put himself in trouble...It's his greed and power hungry to take over the whole of Rui Hua that clouded his judgment of the situation..He thought by supporting or covering up gao hui's mistakes would endear him to her and he could control her and to overtake plain gold profits which is now under Yu Zhi after Mu Ziyun left the company setting up plain gold nicely. Actually he was so sure grandma Lin eould give the control of plain gold to him. But not.. So now he's got to cover up for gao hui's mistakes which also was pointed out by Gao Jie before but gao hui manupilated again and got herself into trouble by trying to make Gao Jie the scapegoat and putting her work before GaoJie's. Like Yu Zhi told gao hui, that she's always in a hurry to beat Gao Jie, do she'll never be able to produce good work or results....
