Happy Lunar New Year, Aona! I bought my fiancee the ember mug in the summer last year. She is always feeling cold and drinks a lot of hot water and I thought this would be perfect for her. She said she will start using it in the winter. She has not used it once since then and this winter is one of the coldest in recent years. I asked her why she wouldn't use it, but she just keeps telling me she forgot or oh, she will...I know I'm the wrong person to interview her but I just want to know why! Maybe I will hire a friend of hers to ask her hehe.
