(2021), in mainland China, the lifetime prevalence of experiencing IPV victimization is 25% for women and 8% for men - DV% in Europe - over 30% of women report having experienced some form of violence since the age of 15, and nearly 50 percent of the public agrees that violence against women is fairly common inside the EU. - DV% in USA - Over 1 in 3 women (35.6%) and 1 in 4 men (28.5%) in the US have experienced rape, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime. Phew! that was a lot wasn't it? What these figures tell us is that China and the UK are actually safer places for women than the EU and much safer than the US😱😱😩
