My dad met my mum on the dance floor in Guernsey mum being Guernsey born and had just returned from the uk as an evacuee at the start of the war leaving guernsey just before the Germans invaded . my dad went through the end of the war with a Guernsey boy hence him being in Guernsey. Well we’d always heard how good the were at dancing the dance led to marriage. Well my sisters and I watched them dance at there 50th wedding anniversary and to put it quite literally we were absolutely stunned as to how good they were. I wish I had or wish they had taught me to dance and for the music 🎶 of course stunning 🤩I was born in 1950 and I know we were in the right time for the best music so thank you and I hope you find the truth someday soon regards Mike sol’s 🤔
