Been here twice. Hired car to drive round island and mountains, passengers got car sick on way down. But yer great place to drive a bike. Nothing in mountains, volcano was good.

Why do I get the feeling you kind of liked this? The atmosphere and landscapes remind me very much of Sardinia so I fully get the feeling. Concerning your eyes: there’s probably not enough good old English coal dust in the air.

This was October. Loved the DCT for these kind of roads. It'sa lot of focusing with how incessantly windy they are so makes life easier to vlog and take in the sights too. I'd chose it again if I went back.
