Infiltration, one of the most skilled players able to adapt and read his opponents, it's like daigo, tests out the the opponents skill then right when they think they got him, he turns the tide, sako meta game is able to style in high level competition, max combo and dmg output, but yeah infiltration is someone not to get to comfortable with because he can turn it up

Evil Ryu may be a bit to strong, or to viable in ultra. He kind of defeats the purpose of using a lot of characters with the high damage output, the true blockstring and comboable low forward, and almost normal health. He should have stayed at 900 in all honesty. Props to infiltration for using his far standing HP buff at 7:47, that was sick.

Yeah, I agree, Evil Ryu should have 900 health and 900 stun. I mean, Akuma has his low health and stun and he has way more special moves and is a complicated vortex character, rather than the near infinite combo/steam roller that Evil Ryu is. Though, Evil Ryu is far from invincible. Adon and the rest of the shoto-killing characters still have an advantage against him. Still, the extra health is a HUGE buff.

I looked at his changes, it doesn't seem like anything that great though except the health. He already had the stuff you mentioned.

Yeah I know, I thought he was pretty powerful with just those. I understand they had to balance it somehow, he needed to have SOMETHING added. Personally, I would have liked to see some new special moves added to some of the characters. Also, I find using Evil Ryu's jumping medium punch into Messatsu Goshoruyken's damage to be somewhat lacking. Did they increase that? They did for Ken's special animation-less Shinryuken.

the health buff really shouldnt have changed him that much, and then hes top tier all of the sudden. i played e.ryu since AE and hes practically the same still, i guess he finally got discovered when he was buffed for no real reason besides that he wasnt played very often in high tier tourneys

HurriKayne55 I totally agree with you. He was an undiscovered character that got some REALLY nice buffs, just as people were discovering him. The 950 health is a bit much imo.

This is my thoughts on the red focus tho, see characters that focus and rush you, like Seth, E.Ryu, Makoto, Decap and the others. Red Focus is great on them and the ones that hop it's even better on for those's that like to poke with MK and HK it's great...

great hype final between the 2 players! Good try in PRrog attempt to do a reset against Infiltration on a final, so ballsy! IMO I considered E.Ryu nerfed in this edition, due to the lack of unblockables (eg. against Cammy, Rufus.. etc) resulting from the new delay wake up mech, despite the hit box adjustment and faster sweep etc... also considering he has no tool in the long range, I think the 950 health is fair. His combos may look easy executed by PRrog but it is indeed quite hard to do and one drop could mean death against pros like infiltration etc.. I play both characters and dare say its much easier to do Akuma's bnb (

ThaBigDaddyCMaster1 It really isn't. His focus reaches further than most focus attacks and even normals used for footsies (even further than Ryu's crouch MK) and is faster than most focus attacks. Capcom has been on a nerfing spree when it comes to focus attacks, they definitely can't justify keeping E. Ryu's focus as is.
