Hogasho is v-trigger 1 locked, you can only use the divekick while in v-skill 1(the move is pretty bad in both hitbox and frame data), and the tatsu follow up isn't there at all (the EX extra kick is just her vanilla EX tatsu from SF4). SFV doesn't do justice to Sakura's Omega Moveset.
