Now that I think about it, SnakeEyez would have done better with Hugo. Hugo has that armored attack, which would help greatly. Not to mention that Hugo has better normal attack range.

Rose resembles Menat in SFV. Extremely annoying character. But this Zangief design was the best compared to SFV. He looks scary and gruesome.
