Don't worry, I understand what you mean, don't get me wrong, but there are A LOT of people out there who also sing and dance at the same time with no pre-recorded voices in the background or vocoders help. If you notice, it is exactly when he's supposed to reach the highest notes that he has to do some "cool trick" on dancing. I'm not saying he's a bad artist, he's obviously well known and succeeded in what he does, if we think only in the singing part, he's not really the best. :p

Well, yeah, but he isn't even trying to reach the high notes because he simply knows he's not able to. I am not exactly a singer either, but it's obvious he had some vocoders / auto-tune help when recording the original song. I like this song, but anyway, these singers like Usher are not meant to sing well, but to sell a lot. :)

he's not inhuman you know, or super human, singers do get sick, he might of lost his voice a day before and couldn't cancel the show, or he could of been sick or a tragedy might of happened in his life, who knows. i'm not making excuses for him, but he really is a great singer if he's still, try holding a single not jumping up and down, it takes years to master, just that i do expect more of him, but i bet there's a good reason why he didnt sound his usual, give him a break "fans".

Which means not that he have 2 focus on singing he also have 2 focus on the moves. The dance are routine, not a movement that express naturally with the emotion of the song. Justin Timberlake. Nuff said. But yes you are right typically are right, but it is in fact do able. It's really easy to spot if the choreography involves a lot of bouncing or jumping etc, the voice can't sustain a note while undergoing something like that. But honestly watch the Justin Timberlake videos, he does it.
