Anybody else notice the extra drum-set on the stage with nobody playing it? That kit belongs to Mr. Aaron Spears. He was the drummer for Usher and Alicia Keys, (and a few others). He died a few months ago at the age of 47, and his drum set on stage in memorial is a great tribute to the legend in the drumming community.

Usher used to look up to him growing up and would study his moves and in 2001, they had a dance off sharing the stage. People don't realize the homage and respect Usher brought to the old school half-time shows and the venue. Marching bands were a staple of half-time shows and was long forgotten and brought it back and showed the dazzle and glamor of acrobatic performances Vegas is famous for. All blended together with his old school music and bringing the original performers for his hits rather than doing it solo.
