As a schizophrenic for 17 years PTSD sucks even more. But Why? Because at least veterans "come home" from fighting a war, but with us, we suffer PTSD from our first or initial psychosis, THEN, we suffer PTSD while still fighting this war of "AVOIDING SUICIDE" for life. Being cursed by God to suffer from these "outer worldly" attacks has literally caused me to RELIVE and still feel all of the times my father beat me while in a drunken rage, every car accident, every dump or heartbreak, and every other stressful or emotional painful event that I've experienced in life. Yes, PTSD sucks but when you throw in ANHEDONIA, and the anxiety of anticipating very threatening persecuting voice and grotesque apparitions, then the only thing that can save you from killing yourself is the thought of your own children developing the same crippling mental disorders that you are currently feeling. My father died 11 years ago from a brain tumor, and the PTSD has caused my own twin sister to HATE ME because when I cried out for help and told my family, "I keep feeling the abuse from my childhood," she says "I'm just looking for an excuse to dishonor him even though he's in the grave. MY ENTIRE FAMILY does not help me or give a fuck about me since I became plagued with schizophrenia and PTSD. The only reason why I still have my wife is because I caught her planning to cheat on me with a guy she was talking to on Facebook. I barely survived my birth, and I was told that I had to live in an incubator for months until I developed an immune system. Now, I curse the day that they saved my life as an infant! I wanted to share with hopes that it may make a total stranger more encouraged to fight his own mental illness because thus is the only way I can feel any pleasure in life! Be well, my friend. And stay in the fight (remember you are still a soldier/warrior).

I’m of two minds with Usher. An abuse victim sometimes clings to their abuser. I forgot the term but I think it’s Stockholm syndrome, where you cling to your abuser. There’s so many rape victims that protect their abuser or think that they love them and try to protect them. Why was Usher with Russel Simmons who is a known abuser? My other mind understands why people don’t get it. I’m grateful for their confusion because it means they haven’t been through the experience of abuse. How much would you sell your soul for? Do you realize that you don’t recognize you’re selling your soul? I’m sure Ushers mother didn’t think she was signing up for giving her son up and I’m sure he didn’t think staying quiet meant he would praise people who hurt him. For everyone who has been abused I hope they can speak to conditioning. Sometimes it’s not fame and money! The person who hurt you is sometimes the person you make excuses for. That’s just the way it is. I implore people who don’t understand the cycle of abuse and why victims stay, to listen to stories of the how and why people stayed and praised abusers
