I think her name is Shakara and she was a model. you should react to that one next - Like I Love You by Justin -it was his debut from his first solo album. No Boo - you got it wrong at the end - Chili has gone on record for a million and a half times now, that Usher never cheated on her. She had other issues with his childish young ways. But, a mutual friend of theirs was going through that which inspired Usher. The album came out in 2004 - he was still MAKING it in 2003 while they were still together. That's why she still appeared in some of the videos.

I love Usher! Sadly I didn't start appreciating him more until after his decline but did you know in 1998 Janet let him open up for her on her Velvet Rope tour? That's when I started liking Usher but like I said I didn't fully appreciate him until his decline after the Confessions album. I love his vocals and his dancing.
