A brilliant finale to this Canto! The final sequence was pure excellence - with the game UI being integrated into the actual story, plus Heathcliff's Mirror IDs like Pequod and Sunshower actually being shown in the cinematic montage. Really love PM's meta narration! And talking about meta, it is also quite genius that Nelly turned out to be the hidden "big bad" of this Canto, considering that some literature scholars consider her to be at least partly responsible for the way things turned out in the actual Wuthering Heights book. But boy was this probably the saddest story so far in Limbus. Not only did we fail to obtain a Golden Bough, we more or less erased Cathy from all existence. Apart from Heathcliff and Danteh, nobody else remembers her. It is as though she never existed. And this is across all dimensions and timelines. All because she wanted to make Heathcliff happy. I don't think I have ever seen anybody make a bigger self-sacrifice. And to make things sadder, PM made a pun out of it - Clear All Cathy is basically Clear All Cache. That is one heart-wrenching joke... Thanks for the stream Ebi! You must be super proud that Heath's VA popped into the stream to give you a supa! Though I am not sure if playing the kazoo over his singing would have left the best impression lol.

The biggest reveal here is with how Cathy paralelled a certain someones experience with the River, implying that that someone was aware and awake the entire 10 years she was in her "casket"

Man, this Canto was so weird. Heathcliff got angry for no reason in an empty funeral with no resolution and started talking about some █████████, and things escalated so badly because some experiments happened that nobody knew about? Great stream, regardless! In all seriousness. This Canto was superb in every way. There is very little I have to complain about it, and Project Moon really outdid themselves, so so much with delivering a rich and bittersweet story with everyone involved in Wuthering Heights. At least Heathcliff got to profess his love to Catherine before she was wiped away completely...and his newfound conviction after enduring all that. We will get that Golden Bough back at some point.

I know I'm in the minority with this, but this Canto fell short to me compared to 5. I didn't like how they handled the meta narrative. The clear all Cathy was too on the nose for me.

Sort of agree, narrative wise its worse than C5 and C4, but Im still satisfied with how kino it was. Animation was the best of all canto, fight had gimmicks to them, a lot of great transition(meursault chaining erlking and vergie ENTER), music and especially the music pacing is peak. Also, while the canto resolution is iffy, the story of part 1 to 2 was great. The story kind of just fumbles on how to continue part 2.
