Josh is hilarious 😂 I love his energy lol , also you give great explanations of how one technique/ movement can be used as a standalone, or part of a sequence of techniques. I agree the collecting of techniques for a given response isn’t really necessary if you understand principles, that was truly the answer of a master. Thanks for sharing

I'm happy you are posting. You handle Eri Dori with the exact first move I use in Karate. Ater that it's all different but I love your take, and I think I understand enough about your approach to totally respect that.
