I am that victim, I have not been able to go to the US for seven years for USCIS. My husband is away from his family for their negligence. Even after my husband went to the US on an immigration visa, he is still on a permanent residency visa. It’s a lot of trouble. My son is 12 years old. I raised my son alone. My son has gone too far from his father for USCIS. My son doesn’t like his father, and it’s hard for me to accept that.
