While they decreased the number on the shapeshifter buff, the bugfix that came with it basicly makes this patch buff them. A little lower health on tier 1:s, but a lot more on tier 2 and 3. Elise got more rebalanced then nerfed really, with the rarity reduction making upgrading easier, aswell as her spiders now proccing the mana drain from demon buff.

Toast, the reason they nerfed the Shapeshifter buff on 3 Shapeshifters is because they fixed a bug that made it so that the Shapeshifter buff doesn't count in the bonus HP from their additional star levels. So once they fixed that, their HPs would go to much, much higher amounts. (AKA Gnar would end up having 4700 HP at rank 2 just with one Warmog's every time, in his Mega Gnar form, instead of sometimes barely hitting 4000. which is still pretty damn good)

Honestly I wish I was in the test beta just cause it updates far more then the live so it makes things FAR more interesting theres so much quality of life things in the test too like the damage chart and actual unit stats which are super helpful not to mention fixing broken items. I feel like the live hasn't seen an update since launch yet the beta test has had like dozens of changes not to mention a new unit for over a week. I get theres balances and bugs they want to fix to before updating live but you can 100% drop things like damage charts, unit stats to live with no issues no point holding out for so long especially since everyone watches these videos of these streamers and then log into to find they are playing a far outdated version makes for a meh experience cause its not as exciting as what the streamers are seeing.
