That was a solid sesh bro. Loved the short lived adrenalin rush. Was there last month for holiday but that section was off limits because of the divers😞. Shame about the lure but do yourself a favour and get a sabiki rig. you will fill up your bucket with livies. Great video as well!

Save all fish scraps, chicken frames etc in freeezer then garden mulcher them into 20ltr bucket, freeze back into black plastic garden pots that fit inside a large plastic burley pot.

100% man 😂 i love samson fish to death. We really are blessed to have an amazing fish like those in awesome numbers to enjoy from a sport fishing point of view. Such a shame that most anglers heavily disregard them as being a horrible fish only because they arent good on the chew

Thankyou so much dude! Being a local in busselton sounds like a dream to be honest! Busselton absolutely produces all sorts of fish and fishing types. In the end in does boil down to certain times of the year and certain types of ways but the more you go the more you learn! Squidding is definitely world class from that jetty platform you are very blessed to be down that way

Thanks man that means a lot! I used 10kg of mullies that i had snapped, 2kg of oiled burley pellets and a 2kg pilchard block in a mesh bag. We have managed to bring them in a total of 2 times but they where really shy and wouldn’t hit anything. Hooked up once but we didnt burley them in we just got lucky Right near the diving ledge at the end but the divers can get mad if you fish there during dive hours

Aye boys u won’t believe it but I found those buckets in the bin 😅 There was 2 buckets in there with one on them with a lid an some blue rope Probably about 3 or so months ago

Yeah bro i got it for the black friday price. Its absolutely perfect for places like busselton jetty. Otherwise i dont really use it as most of my land based places are too hard to cart it around. Overall awesome quality for the amount you pay, also they are always bound to go on sale at that price Black Friday price anyways

With this quantity absolutely. Problem is with these bigger fish i was attracting it doesn’t take much to spook them. If you where to do something similar to a lesser quantity i think it would absolutely work in your favour given we are approaching are much more suitable time of year for fishing.

100% dont doubt that hahahaha. The main goal was actually to attract in southern bluefin (which we have done before) from this jetty but sambos are almost always going to show up. I would love to target slambos in albany tho! Would be chaos
