I believe the easiest huge pet to get is 1/30,000,000, so you'd need about 300 mega lucky ll dice to get 1 as each dice gives x100,000 luck.

That's without any gampasses nor factoring in event upgrades. So, getting at least 100% huge chances from event upgrades can really help if you're struggling.
