Hmmmm, just saw in recommendations that you've uploaded a few videos I've not seen. Checked subscription status, _NOT SUBSCRIBED!_ I've re-sub'd, of course, don't know why it un-sub'd me, but thought it worth letting you know, Sam.

That’s strange mate. Don’t worry though the subscription isn’t a big deal as long as you guys are enjoying the content that’s the main thing!

But thanks for the re-sub! ❤️

That bass made a nice arc on your nebula Sam. They can be finicky feeders like the mullet too I guess. Great video, cracking place to fish even without catching anything.

oh I was loving it mate like you say even if it was a blank it was nice to be back out fishing there after so long. I struggle on my ankle to get there sometimes bud just braved it and was fine! thanks for checking out the video mate !

Yeah bud your right there just goes to show how picky they can be sometimes! I think you guys will have a much better winter as always then us though but I’m going to give it a go here I might even venture over to Guernsey to wet a line!

Funny how it goes you put a lot of effort to get to a mark and everything looks good but they just won't bite and another day you will just rock up for a 30 min session not expecting much in poor conditions and boom! Good job m8 and that's a nice rod . Have a great weekend. 🎣🎣

Very true! I’m definitely guilty of turning up to a mark with one lure in mind to use. It just shows how they can be so fussy sometimes. Thanks for watching as always buddy ! tight lines if your venturing out this weekend !

Good video ,the wedges are good lures when there not on other lures, In the coloured water around this time of year I go on the big spinners size 5 ,bucktails up to 55g ,flying c,s 25g red or black rubber, old but good bass catchers plenty of vibrations for when there not feeding hard.tightlines 😎🐟
@FISHISLANDTV2 жыл бұрын
thanks for watching mate it’s much appreciated. I love the wedge but I will have to try the buck tails and the flying Cs mate as iv never done it but… it could perhaps make an interesting video thanks again !
@darrenwillams32522 жыл бұрын
@@FISHISLANDTV forsure the wedges are good catchers, the flying c also have there days I always bring two in the box they can be blank savers , with regards to bucktails the Colorado/French blades are for higher in water more vibrations, and the willow blades less vibrations are useful for fast water or strong tides where you want it fished low in the water, again they have there days definitely worth a cast on hard days. Or in the right venue. Tightlines I look forward for your next upload.😎🐟

Hi mate, I've got store credit to use with Snowbee...they have two 9 foot spinning rods available. One is 10 to 30g, the other is 20 to 50g. What would be best for Bass spinning?

Nice one matey I’d say the 10-30g matey

So they ignored £80 worth of lures and took the cheap wedge, I wish I could learn that lesson and stop buying!

Happens to the best of us matey lol. I actually love using the metals when nothing else seems to be working although they do seem to pick up the smaller fish majority of the time when I use them, it’s still good fun! Thanks for watching !
