Pretty easy. Just takes some time allocated to the effort. I know I get so busy in hunting mode that I often forget to try tell the story.

Why not use the photo app inside Lightroom so you are working with a DNG file vs a jpg?

We are trying to show the most basic options. We use both Lightroom and Photoshop, depending upon what we are doing.
