You may see two way radios/walkie talkies being used in shopping centres, schools, on construction sites ...even the public services. They might seem an alien thing to use as we are so used to mobile phones.
However, two way radios are simple to use and that's what we try to demonstrate in this short video

You missed the red button on top. It's an emergency button which either sends a distress call to everyone that's on your line or it activates a distressed hot mic so everyone can hear u without holding down the button for like ten seconds or whatever amount of time your brand has set.

how many people can talk in one channel at a time? To talk to each other we should in same channel?

As many as you can and yes you all need to be on the same channel to talk not however at the same time

I know it is confusing but as many people can hear you on the channel you are on you can all use the same channel but sometimes it will not hear all of you at once like it’s an open channel and one person can make noise in it at a time so it’s perfect for issuing commands or work or basic comms but for communication or conversation it lacks and is awkward. Ok so i programmed a repeater but i do not hear any conversations unless i m pressing down the side monitor button . Im also able to talk to another radio i have for couple of milles using that repeater but i do not hear anyone else talking on the radios unless again im pressing the side monitor button. Is tjat normal or im doing something wrong on the programming . Do other people have like different tones codes because i asssume when we all program our radios to a repeater we enter the frequency and the same offset and same Tone code so im just wondering why i dont hear people talking when im not holding the monitor button .

Not on licence free walkie-talkies as it is an open service. For more functionality, you would have to choose a licenced radio which the radio dealer would be able to programme a variety of features.

There are licenced versions of these models (IC-F1000 series) and a licence free version IC-F29SR which is available in Europe.

funny how you say the radio must be on the same channel as the other yet you dont mention about frequency. my icom 4011 even if i was to be on channel 1 like you mention would not talk to the radio in your hand. you can say anything you want and you choose over? you have no clue what over means.over means "you are expecting a reply"

+tow master must have missed the 'Basics of Communicating' part in the title, if you get into frequencies and CTCSS, power levels for distance or even man-down and lone worker, that is for advanced users, they are simply showing the very basics of communicating on a two way radio.

It sounds like there is nothing programmed into those channels....to stop the beeping it will need to be dealer programmed.
