Using AI to Locate Critical Mineral Resources

Lightning Talk: DARPA partnered with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to launch a world-wide competition geared at exploring the potential of machine learning and artificial intelligence tools and techniques to enhance USGS critical mineral resource assessment workflows. DARPA and USGS will discuss the results from the competition and highlight how AI can automate key steps in the assessment process and beyond.
