We're switching up the process to reply to Tweets using AI. This is how to do it on IFTTT.

Awesome Wes, nice little work around. On the topic of IFTTT Pro vs. IFTTT Pro+ ... The PRO version only allows ONE social connection per account across all actions. If anyone wants to connect multiple social accounts PRO+ is required. AND I don't believe you can 'CREATE' your own applets on PRO, rather Pro+ is required.

Ok so far this is kinda working. Only issue is that, it won't reply to post with media. It only replies to post that have text only...

Awesome video. Can the workflow allow for multiple entries for 'target username'? or does the workflow only work for a single username, so if I want it to target 10 users, I have to create 10 workflows? Thanks.

Only thing I'm missing is adding a standard media file to my tweets to increase attention. Would be nice if you could add that possibility

The X integration does not work followed the steps but does not work, useing the cliet id of the aop, do you need a basic dev account for this? I have tried loads of things gone thought the steps but really struggling to make it work.

I’ve followed the instructions twice and I can’t get it to work. I will pay someone $40 to get on a zoom call and look at my screen to show me what I’m doing wrong

Awesome bot! Do you know why the reddit one keeps giving me banner errors that say "We had a server error" after the bot makes its first post?

it also says "account suspended" every time I log out after using the bot. This keeps happening on different accounts, some of which were over 3 years old. I didn't care about the accounts so thats fine; I just want to get bots up and working

@@PatDoesStuff Reddit does not like automation of any kind, including this one and even other official apps like postpone and social rise, and will flag / ban accounts if they detect any bot activity. And all different Reddit accounts need to be on separate IP's or they will be banned. The "server error" is usually a flag for spam or bot usage and a shadowban. The "account suspended" is a full account ban but it can still be used to scroll or search. Reddit bot is tricky but I am very interested to see how it is improved in the future.

@@PatDoesStuff Anti detect browser, high-quality static residential proxy, buy an aged account that's at least 3 months old with 1000-3000 karma or create your own with a gmail account from the same country as your proxy- ideally US or UK and warm it up to those numbers. Post 1-5x per day for a few days then slowly increase amount until you are satisfied but do not exceed 35x per day. If your account looks legit like this, it will be less likely to be flagged and you may have an opportunity to try the bot and get it to actually work, but in my experience it is still only a matter of time before Reddit catches up to any automation.

Is there also a way to exclude posts where creators promote their newsletter automatically with a follow-up tweet. These posts always contain a Link to the newsletter signup page.

I'm getting the error "Too many requests 429" from Twitter. For context, I'm continually adding new accounts with 1 minute interval. What's the best way to fix this? Do I need to space out my initial replies (increase intervals)? Would the Basic X dev plan be a solution if I wanted to continually add more accounts with 1 minute intervals without the limits? Any suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated.

I agree you seem to have thought out an answer to your question. I don't know much about the 429 errors, I'm looking for why I have a 405 and 503 error. In any case, I'd space them out so you aren't sending 10-20 requests per minute. Also, without a log, you don't know how long before the multiple YOURAIGAGENT workflows start requesting at the same time. Even if they are all set to 5 minutes, if you're creating them 5minutes apart then they may be on top of each other when they run, need the log file but I don't think those are available and it would would generate additional cost in terms of cloud storage, albeit may be minimal.

Interesting can I get it to reply in a way that promotes my project in different ways depending on the tone of the tweet? What about adding media files to the tweet?

you have to test this, I find the CLI version of GPT4o remembers things about me and what I've asked it before, e.g. write an email promoting my skills as shared in my resume. It remembers my resume as shared and produces something. That said, I haven't had much luck with that impacting the API version of ChatGPT, meaning it doesn't seem to remember things about me via the API. I'd set some things to post at off hours and be ready to delete them or post them to a sandbox X account. good luck!
