Aim assist: NO! In my opinion aim assist shouldnt be in competitive fps games!
Sensitivity:
X - 4.90
Y. - 2.00
Sniper sens:
X - 100%
Y- 100%
No aim acceleration

Lol i used to be like you , i used to turn off aim assist and my aim was ahh , after 7 months of using it i used aim assist and my aim just became 100% perfect. Now that i use it it made me better
