I don’t think they are gonna nerf clusters because they are meant to be strong and they are usually harder to get in events, so it’s also a pay-to-win weapon. It;s a business plan, or else they must’ve noticed people being mad at clusters.

Tbh, they suouldnt remove clusters just nerf them but only nerf the clustersthat come out the the shot but not nerfing the shot. Currently the clusters does the same damage as the normal shot of say, the Bedivere if you use its clusters. They should make the clusters do minimum of 10-30% of the damage lr the bullet itself.
