I also want to know what that Rito thought for that first mini game. All he could see was Link standing on a cliff edge snapping his fingers while balls stopped in midair. Dude has been flying in the air grabbing balls and working up a sweat, and then this little guy shows up and…snaps.

just so you know, the racecourse has almost all the materials you need to build my FAVORITE vehicle in the game, sometimes called "the wrathful gorilla". it's just a steering stick on top of a cart with a stabilizer on the back and *very importantly* two sets of three big wheels on each side, attached to each other. one attached like usual on either side of the cart via the peg with another wheel being attached via peg to the first wheel's *tire* not the center, and the last two wheels attached the same way to the tire of those ones, make sure they'll all drive in the same direction. (it should be shaped like a line) the wheels get exponentially faster and the wrathful gorilla can obliterate enemies, move at great speeds over rough terrain, survive falls into the depths, and even climb to a degree, 10/10 vehicle if you're okay with having no control over it, would recommend

Also I completed the race at 1:56 using the hoverbike, but I think a car that uses small wheels would actually be better since it could drift better. If we could use railjets for the races we could probably beat it in less than a minute, but we haven't found a way to use them in the course (you need a separate fan in a specific spot, and starting the race will either leave it attached and you can't get off to detach it, or it will be in the wrong spot destroying the jet. Our best bet would probably be tumbleweeds and the big turbine on a vehicle with small wheels to get max speed and control.

Quin if you turn and spin the stick around the opposite direction (clockwise for left turns. Counterclockwise for right turns) you can drift the small wheels. That will make your turning radius almost zero

There are more mini games in this game than I knew about. So thats a thing For the record, your ball launcher was in fact a catapult. A trebuchet works by utilizing a counter weight to make the launching arm move.
