Using an MFJ-259B Antenna Analyzer

I just purchased one of these and have no idea of how to use it. I under s w r, I have a Gap antenna. I need to check the antenna .I came from the C B world. i have used a s w r meter but I have never used one of these and yes I have a ticket. carry a general class but still have a lot to learn and one of these meters is one/ thanks for the video .

I have a kenwood radiio with a mfj auto antenna tunner and I don't worry about it. but I have an I com computer driven radio and I do worry about it hooked to the gap even though it is supposed to be a no tune antenna across the band
