Akai needs to add a boot sequence to this unit Anything to indicate it's alive after being connected. Everyone's thinking they're DOA. :D I did too until I pushed a button and it lit up. Nice iteration in the series. If you're on the fence, get one.

For everybody this saying that it won't power up I promise you I had the same exact problem not even 5 minutes ago... I was mad but I have other things going on. I was about to quit on it and I hit a series of buttons to the right side of it, and it came right on! I'm going to figure out what I did!!!

The control surface doesn't appear...any way to download the apc mini MKII template? I'm user of APC 40 MKII and works well. But this only recognize MIDI I/O and can't work... Help please!

I have Ableton 11 (11.3.3) and my pc recognizes the device and ableton too, but the RBG does not work, why?

Definetely, I use apc mini with the NI midi keyboard, if it doesn't just check the control surface in the options

I didn't think I would like the 64 pads on my Force, but I love it now! If I was using Abelton - this would be automatic if I didn't have Force.

@@marcosrotllan yeah the force has all these weird bugs each time they update the firmware and its kind of huge as a ABLETON LIVE controller. this is also only $89 USD compared to the $1000...

My APC mini mk2 turned up d.o.a and wouldn't power up, hopefully it's just a lemon and not a bad batch, replacement is on the way .

My man I literally just put a reply onto KZbin about that same situation... I got mine a couple of days after Christmas. I used it that day of course and couldn't get anything to happen with it. I was mad I put it away I do a lot of other things so I didn't have time to try to send it back or anything I figured I would go on KZbin Google things and figure it out. Then just now I plugged it in so I can either sell it or something if it didn't work I pressed a series of buttons and man it came right on no problem I'm going to do everything I can to figure it out again cuz it's on right now I'm going to unplug it and do it again!
