Using Azure DevOps with Openshift

Thanks for sharing your valuable time. How can we do this without source code ? We will buy 3rdparty software. How can we import the image to this repo? and which place should the image have been uploaded? Let's say we are done with the image, what the build process be like in case there is not a source code? I am a noob, sorry :) regards,
