Using Carlson's Drawing Cleanup to Identify and Fix Bad Elevations in Your Drawing

Carlson Software's Drawing Cleanup command has a lot of useful tools such as the ability to search for entities in the drawing that have an elevation outside of an acceptable range and change their elevation to zero.
This is very helpful before creating a surface model (.tin) because you have the option of ignoring entities that have an elevation equal to zero.
