Just FYI... I'm a huge fan of these little 'canned heat' cookers with the screw-tops. Chaffing fuel type like this here. I use mine all the time, nearly every weekend... all you have to do is pull the wick out a bit and fluff it out sideways so the flame is nice and sizeable. It cuts a 6 hour can down to about 5.5, maybe 5.25 total. Still a huge bargain per can. And you can hit a boil in about 8 to 10 minutes in a standard 18oz camp pan/cup. They cook clean, don't leave any major soot behind, and you can reseal them so they last a long time. Later!

Hi john! Thnx for the vid!...might have to get one of those stoves!..i just started a batch of homemade kimchi i made a couple weeks ago !...hope it makes a good snack ,garnish, or soup!!...but it sure does smell!!😵

Have you ever tested to see which heated up the water faster the Sterno or this chafing fuel? I think I may have to get some of this fuel, I have the Sterno stove with 2 burners that really couldn't hold 2 pans unless they wee very small. Thanks for the demo! And the links!

Such a great idea, John! I checked with Costco, and they don't carry chaffing fuel. I bought some cases at Sam's Club. I really like your foldable stove. Does it have a brand name on it? Even though Amazon no longer carries it, thought I might be able to track down the manufacturer. I looked at the current stove on Amazon, but the cooking surface size doesn't look as large as yours. What is your surface size? Nor does the newer unit seem as sturdy and durable. Thanks.
