Using CHERRY TOMATOES For Sauce?

If you've ever grown cherry tomatoes successfully, you know they can be extremely prolific. Here, I experiment with cherry tomatoes to make a sauce. How did it turn out? Would I do anything different next time? Did I add anything?
I have answers for all of your questions in this video.
We ended up adding a bit of black pepper, and thyme leaves to eat it as a soup. Delish! Obviously, you can add whatever spices or cream, use it for a gazpacho base. There are endless options.

Thanks for sharing, I usually end up freezing my extra cherry tomatoes and adding a few into sauces over the winter and I agree it adds a little more sweetness to the sauces 👍
