I go to a Chuck E. Cheese's in 2023 and try to use the now retired tokens to see if they would still work after they were removed. #chuckecheese

@op hehe no worry man I was alsp a scrooge kid because of how I said the ice cream vending machine took the tokens but didnt dispense anything... for 3 or four times at a single time of going... by telling different employees and no joke the machine didnt even take token only real money... probably for keeping kids like me from blowing em all on snacks heheheh... but ueah man oh an toddlers would forget to merely collect said tokens put into the macjine by retrieving from change slot so id go an find more than just that for free tokens... for id also use a ruler to slide under the skee ball macjhines for avoiding running out of tokens cause the mom would have a mere policiy when I had no more tokens it would be time to leave etc... but yeah so id merely use free tokens from under the machines hehehehe and even got free tickets from under there heck man the fun things a child can do but looking back prolly should not have maybe in certain scenarios heheh or things that as an adult we know more often are likely awful but yeah hehe

BRO, I remember going into a chuck,e cheese and I didn't really care for the food (I would like to hear someone say they actually liked the food) but I remember just wanting to play the games. I got excited and was looking for the token dispenser. When I couldn't find it my sister handed me the card and I asked "what is this a gift card." She then explained to me that this is what you use play the games now. I and the first thing I said was this "Well shit now I can't use these." And pulled my pocket full of token's. I would steal them and I thought they still used them. R.I.P token's. 😢

As a person that currently works there we still actually use the tokens not for most games but some games like coin pushers or other game that require coins to play you need to swipe ur card to get a coin when u get the coin all u gotta do is just use it in the coin slot that the machine may have its only some machines tho not most. Other then those few games we don’t really use them for much we just store them in buckets inside arcade machines or in rooms in case those machines run out of coins cuz some kids be taking em. SO YES you can still get them and YES they will work on some machines

Some locations have coin pusher games where you tap your card and a token comes out. I'd suggest calling your nearest locations to see if they have one.

good news: so when your cards time runs out, there was an arcade machine I saw which you could get tokens at so if you scanned the card before your time ran out you could get coins that help you play extra games with it even if your time runs out.

Some games require tokens like coin pushers like on my Chuck E cheese so basically you tap the card and you get a token it doesn't even. Have to be a recent one.
