Since the quality of the melt isn’t being sacrificed, The smaller one would be great for traveling. Spending a little extra time feels like a good trade off.

I'm looking into creating perler bead art, and i love your stuff! I'm new, so i'm not sure what i'm doing. What kind of tape do you use to get the beads off of the boards/ your process? do you have any guides or resources you use that you would recommend? Thanks in advance :))

I like to use 3 inch painters tape mostly but sometimes ill use masking if im out. I have loads of tutorials in my playlists that should cover just about everything.

This is encouraging to hear, as I bought a mini too. Quick question- how long to you apply that medium heat to each section? And you just keep making circular motions? Thank you!!

I just want to say that I bought a perler bead kit for my 5-year-old daughter because of your videos and she loves it but the iron it came with is way too small. I'm looking into getting a new iron and what do you think the median would be between that red one in this video and the Big cricket one?

I use a normal iron, like for ironing my clothes, but my perlers always bend, why?

After I iron mine. I place really heavy books on top of it to flatten my designs

I think the only way to avoid it, is letting them cool of under a couple heavy books (or something similar) Grew up playing with these things, and can't remember how we did it, besides ^that^ ☺️

@@kristelbrok998 I do that with all of my perlers, but it doesn’t work for some of them. I use the same beads for everything
@kristelbrok9988 ай бұрын
@@Grobbel_ then idk 😅 Also, it's just perler. Saying perlers is like saying beadss. Perle is bead, perler is beads 😅 (so sorry for the minor correction)

Just use a clothes iron. There’s no reason to waste money.
