Ima give you some tips. Using oni vision helps you regain stamina, so you can out stamina someone pretty easily. Attacking while chasing someone can also get you closer to them, at the cost of 5 stamina. You seem to use silly rush pretty well, but make sure that you're absolutely positive they're too stupid to juke you out.
