Using Ecoline colours; the new round bottle | Ecoline

In this video Royal Talens shows the effect of Ecoline colours out of the new round Ecoline bottle. The transparent colours of Ecoline give the best results when used on white or very light-coloured paper; and now Ecoline paper is available.
Ecoline colours
Ecoline colours have a transparent base and are therefore easy to combine with other colours of the Ecoline range. Either brush pens or bottles, they work smoothly together.
Advantages of Ecoline colours
There are many advantages of painting with Ecoline colours. The biggest advantage of Talens Ecoline is its drying time. Ecoline has a short drying time. The colours of Ecoline are not waterproof when dry, so you can work on it “further” by wetting what is dry once more. Therefore, these Ecoline colours are easy to mix. The second advantage is the great range of brilliant colours. Choose the ones you like. There are 60 colours available.

I’m devastated! I loved the square shaped bottle more due to practicality. I was able to fit all my colors in a box side by side and not wasting space. Very practical for a traveling professional! Cannot be done with this new bottle 😭😭😭

A dropper, YES it will make things a lot easier but to be honest I liked the previous bottle more.

I think it ist really smart I like to use the new bottle but its really hard to open them! I clean them and everything but sometimes I can't manage to open them..maybe someone knows a trick?

Is it watercolor or more like ink? Also is there a way to know the measurements when you add water or is it practice I guess?

Watercolor. It's still water soluble after drying.

I just heard from Dick Blick that they wont carry the these liquid watercolor bottles anymore because they said the north america distributor decided to stop carrying them! Im so sad cause now i wont be able to order them anymore!
