Hi Nadine, lets get you sorted...no you don't have to provide credit card details because its a free download. you will have to put your details in because thats the ecommerce set up requirements and you only set up an account if you want to come back to find your downloads later. If you sign out as a guest you cant do that. hope that clears that up for you Cheers Donna
