One of the main differences between Football Manager stats and FIFA stats is the fact that FIFA uses some sort of positional template while FM does not. FIFA just doesn't give attackers good defending nor defenders good shooting regardless of how good they actually are at it.

Most of the times the fm ratings are better, but I think both games struggle with simulating matches realistically! Pace is an issue in every football game I have played

As a Man City fan, these are the things I can say about the FM ratings: Håland ---> Dribbling and Passing should be decreased by around 10 points each Foden ---> Shooting decreased by around 5 points; Defending, Physical increased by 5 points Mahrez ---> Pace, Passing and Dribbling decreased by 2-3 points Walker ---> Defending increased by around 5 points Stones ---> Fair ratings Dias ---> Passing increased by 5 points, Weak Foot 2 Star Akanji ---> Defending decreased by 2-3 points, (Can't really say much about Shooting since he doesn't usually shoot but probably shouldn't be that high for a centre back) Rodri ---> Passing increased by 10 points, Pace decreased by 5 points KDB ---> Passing increased by 3-4 points, Dribbling increased by 2-3 points, Shooting increased by 3-4 points Ederson ---> Diving decreased by 5 points, Weak Foot 4 Star

Question: This is a bit diffucult to explain, but has any one experiences the Tele Camara moving sporadicly. The camara angel is supposed to be horrisontal and move side to side following the game. But in the lower leages when using the Tele camara it turn diagonal?

Do you guys use develoment plans in career mode? I think it boost to much the player’s ratings and it makes the game more unrealistic because you have a team full of 90 rated players
