Hi Becky, did you make a mistake when you said parsley is a stronger flavour than coriander. I find that coriander can be so overpowering if you use too much.

I just wanted to say awesome job well done. Last year with a newborn you did the PC for 2 months. You and Josh got snowed in for at least a week or so. Even going over by weather and did well. This year, with a 1 year old and given him his own budget for fresh fruits, vegetables and A2A2 whole milk. This year was NO Water and you still managed to pull it off with help of others, feeding them and using panty of theirs too .

Wooden cutting board pro tip I just learned, buy them untreated so no chemicals, warm in oven and cover with unprocessed coconut! Basically every time you have to put in washer or use soap, redo process and they can literally last as a generational gift! Same with wooden cooking utensils! I had no idea what chemicals and unsafe things were used in most wooden kitchen items to seal them, now I will only use untreated, bamboo is awesome too. I considered sanding the finish with the ones I already have and using this safer chemical free method. Have to keep everyone as healthy as possible ❤❤❤ love you all so much GOD bless!

I can't do cilantro... it comes across very 'soapy' and it's all I can taste. When preparing dishes with cilantro, I always leave enough food set aside for folks like me! That way Everyone can enjoy !! I love watching you prepare such wonderful meals. It's fun seeing both your parents and mother in law helping out as well !!

You are right about plastic cutting boards! Microplastics are a real concern and one of the ways people consume them is by cutting food on these boards. People are so fearful about bacteria and such that they think dishwashers sterilize the cutting boards whereas wood cutting boards are full of bacteria--Wrong! Most wood cutting boards are antibacterial to begin with. There are many studies proving that wood cutting boards are superior to plastic or nylon. One study in particular from the University of Wisconsin showed that wood outperformed plastic cutting boards as wood continued to kill bacteria while in use. Maintaining wood cutting surfaces is nicely accomplished by using coconut oil as it too is antibacterial. Mary Born, ND

as a mexican this is kinda funny to me, my everyday salsa has 3 jalapeños + 3 serranos + 1 tomatoe + 1/4 onion (we don't deseed our chiles and if it isn't spicy enough we would add some chile de arbol in there), we put it on EVERYTHING so, you saying you'll use "all 3 of your jalapeños" for not 1 but 2 salsas was funny jajaja
