you should send boss2's on wave 22 before you send hidden bosses on wave 23

Even better if you send some earlier as well since the B2's will push further which combos into the hb rush on wave 23. The only issue is that he needs more farms. Have 12 orchards at the bare minimum by wave 17, ideally more to afford early B2 rushes and defense in case ur opponent has the same idea.

Also,the strategy whyuoj made was primarily there to beat people using clicker (which consists of plasma and extreme levels of zed micro) His strategy is a bit dated and while it would still work on anyone using zed,they just die to boss 4 rush on any competitive map.
